Steve Moore

Steve Moore

Founder / Creative Director

Steve is the visionary for our company and runs the day to day operations, marketing and social media platforms in addition to directing the creative side of the business, overseeing every last detail that create the look and feel of our events. As an experienced musician, cake artist, dress maker, floral designer and event planner, Steve combined these skills to launch the company in 2002. He loves finding unique inspiration for each client we work with, and never tires from telling their story through the design of their wedding.

Jamie Moore

Jamie Sinclair Moore

Owner / Coordination Advisor

Jamie is co-owner of our company and lends her middle name, Sinclair, to the business name. Her strong organizational skills stem from a background in marketing and in the communication offices at Ralph Lauren in New York City. Previously working as our wedding director, Jamie's role has now shifted to more behind the scenes serving as an advisor and support to our coordination team, allowing her primary focus to be on raising our growing family.

Erika Hahn

Wedding Director / Coordination Lead

Erika is our lead event planner. Her background in the hospitality industry built the foundation for her impeccable organization skills and adaptability. Erika enjoys the challenge and collaboration that she gets to be a part of and will stop at nothing to provide an exceptional planning experience. Erika ensures our clients have what they need, feel supported and that our events run smoothly and efficiently. Watching the wedding day come together seamlessly is what motivates her hard work and dedication to each client.

California Area Director and Lead Planner

Haley is our California events director and is excited to be expanding the Sinclair & Moore brand to her home state. Haley has spent more than a decade working in the wine and events industry, most recently founding a wine tasting program with more than 200 representative across the country putting together fundraising events. Haley’s strengths include her patient demeanor and attention to detail. She is most energized by learning what makes our clients so unique and applying personal details to their big day.

Cozbi Hultz

Associate Creative Director

Cozbi is a gifted designer who has joined our team to assist and collaborate on the design details of each of our weddings. As an accredited, international wedding photographer turned event and floral designer, she brings her broad skill-set, eye for fine detail and a passion for creating beauty to the team. From assisting with the initial stages of brainstorming design concepts, to the execution of all of the personal details, Cozbi is an integral part of the process.

Abby Peugh

Abby Peugh

Studio Manager

Abby manages our design studio and the production team during event weeks. She ensures our creative space is prepared and organized and that our team has the direction they need to successfully and efficiently work on each event. She has an extensive background in management, as well as a love for all things creative. Abby’s strengths include her willingness to do any task, as well as her attention to detail. She loves encouraging our team and helping to create a warm and welcoming space for us to create within.
